Having other people working on my idea

I had absolutely no problem letting other people work on my idea. Truth be told, I'm glad people worked on my idea. The numerous times I had to rewrite the script, I was stuck with thinking of relevant conflict. When I'd have the writer's block thinking of conflict, everyone, whether directory of photography or production designer, they'd all give me ideas to work on. The best ideas came from other people, so the original script is nothing like the final, due to everyone's great ideas. I think group work was crucial to the whole screenwriting process because we'd all help each other out. -
